Welcome to the State of Montana Vendor Resources site! The State launched a new, state of the art, vendor registration and bids/proposals system (eMACS) in July 2015. This system provides vendor registration and electronic bid notification to all registered vendors. eMACS also replaces the existing bids and proposals website with new features, such as online bidding, electronic reminders and notifications, and document submittal capabilities.

Beginning January 2016, eMACS will require versions of Internet Explorer 9 or later.



Vendor Registration is a free service which provides vendors interested in doing business with the State of Montana an efficient method for receiving notification of State bidding opportunities and submitting bids electronically, through eMACS.  Vendors should complete the basic registration process to be notified of upcoming opportunities.  If you need assistance in completing the registration process, please contact State Procurement's eMACS Unit at (406) 444-2575 or
