Vendor Registration is a free service which provides vendors interested in doing business with the State of Montana an efficient method for receiving notification of State bidding opportunities and submitting bids electronically, through eMACS. Vendors should complete the basic registration process to be notified of upcoming opportunities.
There are two levels of registration, Profile 1 and Profile 2:
- Profile 1. This is a basic registration that adds vendors to the vendor list. Vendors will receive notifications of State bidding opportunities and are able to respond to these opportunities online.
- Profile 2. Vendors awarded contracts are required to complete a Profile 2 registration. This level of registration requires vendors to provide not only the basic company information but additional information such as payment and tax information, and insurance information.The state of Montana utilizes DocuSign for signatures on contracts and related documents.
